Guarantee: A valid Credit Card is required to confirm your reservation. At booking, your card will charged 500.00 USD of the First Months Rent, Cleaning Fee, Refundable Security Deposit, and Pet Fees - if applicable.

Your Credit Card will be kept on file and charged for excessive damage (anything above and beyond the amount of the deposit) and incidentals that incurred during your stay.


Summer Rates Effective:
May 15th  to September 30th
Winter Rates Effective:
October 1st to May 14th

General:

Must be 21 to reserve a room. Front Desk is open from 9 AM to 5 PM. Rental rates are subject to Anchorage Bed Tax of 12 percent. Stays in excess of 30 days are tax exempt.

Cleaning Fees 100.00 – 200.00 USD.  Property inappropriate for children. Pets may be allowed upon prior approval of the Landlord. Once approval is granted, Resident must pay a one time 200.00 USD fee for each pet.

Cleaning Fees

$100.00 for Studio Units  
$150.00 for One Bedrooms
$200.00 for Two Bedroom Units & Three Bedrooms Units   

Cancellation: Cancel by 3 PM local hotel time at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge equal to 100 percent of your stay. A 50 percent fee may apply to all cancellations.

Payment Policy
All major credit cards and corporate check are accepted.

When booking on-line, your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card.

For stays 5- 30 days, full payment is due at check-in.

For longer stays in excess of 30 days, your card will charged a $500.00 Dollars of the First Months Rent, Cleaning Fee, Refundable Security Deposit, and Pet Fees if applicable..

Reservations 30 days or less and made less than 10 days prior to arrival must be paid in full when making the reservation.
